Wave Radar Transmitters |
|
|
| The
WT5200 Measures the Level of Bulk Solids Under the
Harshest of Conditions with an Industry-Leading
Accuracy of ±0.20 inches (5.1 mm). ASI's WT5200
Overcomes the False Echoes and Complicated Set-Up
Normally Associated with Conventional Non-Contact
Radar Level Transmitters, while Providing Accurate
Height Measurements Even Under the Harshest
Conditions, Wide Variations in Operating
Temperatures and Pressures and Low Dielectric
Constants. The WT5200 Brings the Benefits of Radar
Level Measurement to an Expanded Range of
Industries that Seek an Accurate Solution to
Measuring the Contents of Tanks, Silos, Hoppers,
Bins, Mixing Basins, and
Sumps.

|
| Laser
Transmitters |
|
|
| The ASI Lasers are
a New Line of Level Detection Products that
Feature First-All Digital Design that Combines
Accuracy and Speed for Non-Contact, Continous
Level Measurement. Applications Include: Pellets
(Converters), Slurries, Opaque Liquids and tall
Bin and
Silos. |
|
|
| Ultrasonic Transmitters |
|
|
| Ultrasonic Level
Measurement is Based on the (TOF) Time-of-Flight
of a Sonic Signal that is Emmitted and then
Reflected by a Measurable Substance or Object. ASI
Uses State of the Art Ultrasonic Technology to
Find and Track this Sound Echo for Reliable Level
Measurement. The Entire SonikTrak Family of
Ultrasonic Level Transmitters Automatically
Analyses Each Shot and Dynamically Adjusts the
Next one Based on Tank or Vessel Conditions. Our
Unique SonikTrak Transmitter may Increase the
Signal Gain, Unit Power, or Even Shift the
Threshold to Obtain an Echo each Time for Optimal
Level Measurement and
Results. |

|
| Vibrating Level Switches |
|
|
| Vibrating Fork
Level Switches Utilize a Piezoelectric-Driven
Tuning Fork that Exhibits a Large Change in
Resonant Frequency when Immersed into a Liquid or
Bulk Solid Process. A "Smart" Microprocesso-Based
Electronic Unit Keeps the Sensor in a Resonant
State as it Changes from Dry to Wet or Wet to Dry.
An Important Feature of this Switch is that its
Resonant Frequency is not Significantly Affected
by Coating on the Fork Until the Space Between the
Forks is Bridged. Applications Include Redundant
High/Low Process Levels without Concern for
Parameters, such as Specific Gravity, Dielectric
Constant or Mounting Position of the
Sensor. |
|
|
| RF
Level Controls |
|
|
| ASI's RF
Capacitance Level Transmitters and Switches
Feature One-Step External Calibration, Immunity to
Material Build-up, and a Wide Selection of Probes
for Even the Most Challenging Applications from
Low Dielectric Bulk Solids to Sticky Slurries.
Whether the Application Involves Liquids, Pellets,
Granules, Powders, Chips or Flakes, ASI's RF
Capacitance Level Transmitters Feature One of the
Largest Selections of Probe Elements. In addition,
the RF Design Means there are no Moving Parts to
Break or Wear
Out. |
|
|
| Paddle
Switches |
|
|
| The RotaryPoint's
Durable, Rugged Design is Compatible with Many
Bulk Solids, Pelletized and Granular Applications.
The RotaryPoint Rotating Paddle Switch can be Used
for Level Indication of Materials with Densities
of 10 lbs/ft³ and Greater. The RotaryPoint is
Ideal for Installations Wher Almost Any Dry Bulk
Material is Contained in Hoppers, Silos, Bins, and
Tanks. Typical Applications Include but are Not
Limited to: Sawdust, Malt, Oats, Resin, Flour,
Peanuts,
Feed. |
|
|
| Plumb
Bob Device |
|
|
| The Plumb Bob
Device is Used for "On-Demand" Level Measurement
in Silos and Vessels. Even Precise Volumetric
Measurements and Long Measuring Distances are no
Problem for the Model
SoliTrak. |
|
|
| Specialty Instruments |
|
|
| The A22 and CP2
Specialty Instruments are used in Liquid and Bulk
Solids Applications. The A22 has a Compact Design
and is Available in an Explosion Proof Enclosure,
and the CP2 Conductance Level Switch can be used
in Special Applications, such as High Temperature,
Corrosive Environments, High Pressure, and is
Available in Special Probe
Materials. |
|
|
| Field
Indicators |
|
|
ASI Field
Indicators can be Used in Virtually Any
Application that Requires a Visual Indication. The
Most Commonly Used Include:
- Digital Readouts for Tank Levels, Pressure
and Flow Rates
- Suction and Discharge Pressure Display and
Control
- Timed Pulsed Outputs for Injection Choke
Control
- Output to Throttle Valves and Regulation of
Tank Levels and Pipeline Pressures
- Tank Level Indication and Pump Control
- Temperature Display and Control
