Frequently Asked Questions

Firing Industries Ltd. is a process equipment supplier. We consult with clients to select and supply technically complex process machinery and equipment, including conveyors, blenders, centrifuges, dryers, feeders, mixers, pulverizers, gauges, and related bulk materials handling equipment, and help plan the equipment into an overall process.

Firing Industries was established in 1973, giving us more than 50 years of experience supplying process equipment to Canadian and North American industry.

Firing Industries is not a manufacturer. We represent a network of established equipment manufacturers and sell mainly on a buy-resell basis, delivered to the customer’s plant. We also act as commission agents for some manufacturer-principals.

We work with a network of established equipment manufacturers, including Hosokawa, ABB (level measurement), Auburn Inc., Best Process Solutions Inc., Jacob, Malvern Process Systems, NDC, NSEP (North Star Engineered Products), PIAB, Union Process Inc., and WAMGROUP. Contact us for the full supplier list relevant to your application.

Our core equipment categories include conveyors, blenders, centrifuges, dryers, feeders, mixers, pulverizers, gauges, and bulk materials handling systems. Because these products frequently occur sequentially in the same process, we can also help plan and supply equipment across an entire process line rather than a single machine.

Beyond individual equipment, we offer solutions across material handling, bulk processing, drying/mixing/blending, screening & separation, automation & controls, and conveying & feeding — supporting complex industrial systems end to end.

Yes. In addition to equipment supply, we offer process consulting and design, installation support, and after-sales support (technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance guidance) to clients who require them.

We serve prominent North American companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, mining & minerals, foundry, steel, and adhesives & sealants industries, along with similar processing industries.

We primarily work with manufacturing and engineering management, plant managers, project managers, and consultants responsible for selecting and specifying process equipment.

Use the “Get a Quote” button on our website, or contact us directly by phone or email, and one of our Applications-Sales Engineers will follow up with you.
